Shea butter: very hydrating and high in fatty acids as well as vitamins A, E & F. The fatty acids in shea butter help to nourish and moisturize the skin, leaving your skin feeling soft and supple.
Calendula Hydrosol: soothing, anti-inflammatory, nourishing and healing. We use hydrosols in place of water in our creams because they carry the same(but to lesser degree) properties as a macerated or essential oil.
Raspberry Seed Oil: works to create a protective layer on the skin while also providing anti-oxidants. Very high in phytosterols which help to repair skin damaged by environmental factors such as sun and wind damage. High in alpha linolenic acid which is an essential fatty acid that assists in regenerating the skin.
Macadamia Nut Oil: has very nourishing, moisturizing, soothing and repairing benefits, especially for fragile or irritated skin. It also contains squalane which is highly moisturizing, helping the skin to prevent water loss and remain supple.
Oat Kernel Oil: Easily absorbed into the skin, non greasy. A high content of phytosterols(similar to rice oil), and ceramides assists to lock in moisture and protect the skins outer barrier. Very soothing.
Mallow Extract: Mallow Extract: has a high mucilage content which makes it great at soothing irritated and inflammed skin. At the same time it provides moisture helping to keep the skin beautifully supple.
Use: Apply to hands & body as needed to relieve dryness. Due to it's high oil and shea butter content, it takes just a bit longer than a lotion to sink into the skin. However, it does not leave a greasy film as body butters tend to do.
