Key Ingredients
Oat Kernel Oil- Easily absorbed into the skin, non greasy. A high content of phytosterols(similar to rice oil), and ceramides assists to lock in moisture and protect the skins outer barrier. Very soothing.
Grapeseed Oil: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties but this oil's strength lies in its molecular structure. The Polyphenol compounds in grapeseed oil, such as proanthocyanidins, are especially powerful antioxidants. The proanthocyanidins found within are possibly 20 times greater than that of vitamin E and 50 times greater than that of vitamin C.
Hemp Seed Oil: One of the richest oils in essential fatty acids, it helps prevent skin dehydration and thus the aging process. Due to it's high content of linoleic acid, it exhibits restorative and calming properties. Revitalizing and softening, this nourising oil also enhances your skin's elasticity.
Argan Kernel Oil: Naturally high in squalene which moisturizes the skin and delivers anti-inflammatory benefits. Also high in Vitamin E which is a powerful anti-oxidant. And due to it's levels of palmitic acid, which creates an occlusive layer on the skin, it is specially beneficial for sensitive skin.
Sea buckthorn: high in Vitamin C(10X more than an orange). This amazing berry contains 190 bioactive compounds, one of which is palmitooleic acid (omega-7) which is a component of skin lipids and is responsible for stimulating the regenerative process in the epidermis. Due to the high levels of linoleic acid, it helps regulate and and retain moisture levels in the skin. Also helps to improve overall skintone.
Blue Tansy: A member of the chamomile family, this sweet little yellow plant is rich in several anti-inflammatory compunds such as chamazulene(lending to it's blue color). These compounds help to decrease skin damage & redness as well as fight bacteria.
Lavender- Anti-oxidant, anti-fungal, and antibacterial. It can assist with controlling bacteria on the skin as well as healing wounds/scars. Soothing.
